Key Requirements

  • Doctorate OR Master's + 3 years experience OR Bachelor's + 5 years OR Associate's + 10 years OR High School + 12 years
  • Previous managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams
  • Understanding of downstream purification operations (Column Chromatography, TFF, Viral Filtration)
  • 5+ years process experience in a cGMP manufacturing facility
  • 3+ years experience in a production Area Lead, Specialist, or Manager role
