The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected violations.
The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services adequately meet resident needs and participation in regular nursing personnel meetings to improve services.
