Job Summary
Lead the execution of BMO’s Community Benefits Plan and CRA outreach strategy to strengthen community partnerships and elevate financial inclusion.
Serve as the CRA subject-matter expert, conducting needs assessments and building relationships to align on community needs and opportunities.
Cultivate partnerships with diverse organizations and represent BMO at events, connecting community partners to key BMO programs.
