This role supports the business by developing export/import licensing strategies to enable efficiency and growth within the aerospace sector.
The incumbent is responsible for preparing and monitoring compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Salary
Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, parental leave, paid time off

Must-have
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years global trade experience
US citizenship required for program access
Expertise in ITAR and EAR export regulations
Experience managing Global Trade authorizations
Knowledge of TAA/MLA agreements and permits
Nice-to-have
Self-starter with strong internal networking skills
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Problem solver able to work under time-sensitive circumstances
Well-versed experience with SAP systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years experience OR Advanced Degree plus 5+ years
