Job Summary
The medical director provides Clinical Development leadership and expertise on clinical trials, including overseeing the design, conduct, and analysis within the PF 4404 program.
The medical director works closely with other functions such as regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, biostatistics, and medical affairs to ensure that the clinical development program meets the scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $239,900.00 to $399,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
