Job Summary

• The successful candidate will lead their team in the financial success of the branch and HUB, delivering exceptional client experience and sales excellence through training, coaching, mentoring and motivating employees.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with the Branch Leadership team, building positive client and employee relationships, supporting, coaching and training employees, and acting as a resident technical and process expert for the branch.
