Job Summary

  • The primary focus of the Outpatient Coding Supervisor will be to assist with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the OP Coding Team.
  • This candidate must maintain a robust knowledge of the inpatient coding conventions and rules established by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the ICD-10-CM/PCS Official Coding Guidelines and AMA for correct assignment of diagnostic and procedural codes.
