Must-have
3-5+ years enterprise IT system experience
Deep understanding of Epic upgrade cycles
Experience managing project cutover plans
Knowledge of Nova workflows and Release Authorization
Familiarity with HL7 integration workflows
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for executive audiences
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM processes
Background in SQL database fundamentals
Ability to coordinate night and weekend events
Continuous improvement mindset for release lifecycle
Key Requirements
