Job Summary
The Lead Product Designer provides strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of end-to-end digital design across the open and closed book propositions.
The role owns design strategy and standards, ensures consistency, accessibility and regulatory alignment (including Consumer Duty), and prioritises design work to support the roadmap led by Product Owners.
