Job Summary

  • The Assistant Chief Engineer supervises and directs operating engineers in installation, repair, and maintenance of all base building and critical system machinery and equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and performing preventive maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including: fire/life safety, mechanical, electrical, emergency backup systems and hot water systems.

Key Requirements

  • Supervisory experience
  • Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent
