This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
The role includes completing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, managing vendor scheduling, and performing general cleaning and painting of grounds and amenities.
