Job Summary

  • Responsible for performing all duties and function of the employee health department including the assessment and caring of the adolescent, adult, and geriatric population.
  • Performs new employee physical assessments, evaluating current health status and physical abilities, recommending placement of employees in accordance with their physical and emotional capacities, to perform the physical, psychosocial and environmental demands of the job.

  • LPN diploma or Associates in Nursing
