Job Summary

  • The role involves performing the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of servers and edge of network devices to ensure company standards are met.
  • Candidates will assist in determining suitable software, troubleshoot hardware and software failures, and manage Active Directory objects for team members.
  • The position requires responding to moderately complex technical issues surrounding server/desktop/laptop hardware and following through to appropriate resolution.
