This position reports to the Director of Student Success and is responsible for directing a federal grant program, overseeing comprehensive services including advising, counseling, tutoring, and leadership development to enhance student retention through graduation.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing program data, preparing annual reports, administering the annual budget in adherence to federal grant guidelines, and collaborating with other university programs.
The role involves implementing strategies to support students at academic risk, who are first generation, low-income, and disabled, and serving as an Academic Adviser to 10% of SSS scholars.
