Job Summary

  • Prepare personnel files in compliance with legal regulations and ensure proper entry into the system.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training processes for new employees and manage offboarding procedures for departing employees.
  • Manage Social Security (SGK) and İşkur procedures, monitor and report daily timekeeping activities, and track leave and medical report documents.
