Job Summary

  • Responsible for leading talent acquisition, talent management, associate relations, development, and associate engagement in the Distribution Center.
  • Provide HR guidance to the DC Management group and facilitate all staffing responsibilities, including recruiting and reporting for a Government Contractor.
  • Assure excellent associate relations practices by ensuring associate problems/issues are resolved quickly and fairly, while protecting Home Depot's Open Door policy and employment laws.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years progressive HR Generalist Experience (if no degree)
  • B.S. degree in Business, HR Management, Psychology preferred
