Job Summary
Responsible for leading talent acquisition, talent management, associate relations, development, and associate engagement in the Distribution Center.
Provide HR guidance to the DC Management group and facilitate all staffing responsibilities, including recruiting and reporting for a Government Contractor.
Assure excellent associate relations practices by ensuring associate problems/issues are resolved quickly and fairly, while protecting Home Depot's Open Door policy and employment laws.

Minimum 3 years progressive HR Generalist Experience (if no degree)
