Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in biomedical field
Project management experience in CRO or cell therapy
Strong English communication skills
Integrated planning and critical path ownership
Cross-functional stakeholder management
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with GxP and regulatory documentation
Experience managing nonclinical workstreams with CMC/RA
Formal PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile)
Comfort with vendor ecosystems for in vivo studies
Key Requirements
Minimum Master's degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Medicine, Biotechnology, or related discipline
Demonstrated experience in project/program management within a CRO and/or cell therapy environment
Exceptional written and verbal English skills for global stakeholder alignment
