Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in public health or medicine
Minimum three years of public health experience
Understanding of Indonesia primary health care system
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong oral and written proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting PHC or community health systems strengthening
English language fluency desired
Candidates currently living in Maros preferred
Comfortable with field-oriented team approach
Solid interpersonal and verbal communication skills
