Must-have
End-to-end procurement lifecycle management
Supplier negotiation and contract management
EU procurement standards and compliance knowledge
Experience with TSO/DSO clients like TenneT
Fluency in English and Dutch or German
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Nordic languages
NEVI or CIPS certification preferred
Experience sourcing MV switchgear and SCADA systems
Understanding of local tax and logistics considerations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration
Proven experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors
Strong understanding of EPC / turnkey project procurement
Fluency in English plus Dutch or German language skills
