Job Summary

  • The Contract Manager will be responsible for end-to-end contractual and commercial management of large, long-duration construction projects, ensuring commercial protection, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and claims management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Key responsibilities include managing EPC, EPCM, PMC, Design & Build contracts, leading variation and claims management, and overseeing commercial and contractual risk management.
  • The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent, with 8-15 years of experience in construction or project management environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
  • Post-graduate qualification or certification in Contracts / Commercial Management or Law preferred
