Job Summary

  • This role works closely with assigned business areas to drive the technical training process, implement training solutions, and triage training needs by consulting and coaching business leaders and process owners.
  • Responsibilities include facilitating training planning and implementation, identifying trends, assessing needs, generating metrics, maintaining procedures, monitoring effectiveness, enabling process improvement, and supporting NC/CAPA activities for training compliance.
  • The role may also periodically conduct live training for managers, process owners, and SME trainers and requires participation in Communities of Practice to share training expertise for continual improvement.
