The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervision.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as observing and verifying ingestion or application.
The role requires participation in quality assurance programs and maintaining a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of the nursing department.
