  • You will act as the business lead for the Workforce Management System, providing leadership into its design, deployment, and continued management across on-base and subcontracted environments.
  • This position requires managing key commercial measures, tracking performance against targets, and ensuring minimum safe staffing levels to support clinical governance and Defence readiness.
