Must-have
5+ years cloud infrastructure experience
Terraform infrastructure as code proficiency
Argo CD CI/CD pipeline management
Kubernetes platform maintenance and scaling
Incident response and troubleshooting skills

Air gapped cloud region experience
Strong analytical problem-solving mindset
