** KBR is seeking a Cook for its Dining Facility in Ferizaj, Kosovo, responsible for meal preparation and operational oversight. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of food service experience, proficiency in English and Albanian, and a ServSafe Food Handler certification. **

Job Summary

  • As a Cook at our Dining Facility, you will be responsible for preparing menu items in accordance with recipes and providing hands-on operational oversight, training, and supervision during your assigned shift.
  • Ensure compliance with KBR Policies and Procedures and the DFAC SOW, following technical manuals such as AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, TB MED 530 and TM 10–412-Armed Forces Recipe Service.
  • Maintain constant attention to safe work practices, promptly addressing any unsafe acts witnessed.
