Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced PCB design with 30+ layers
Experience with HDI and Fine Pitch technologies
Proficiency in Cadence Allegro ECAD tools
Scripting skills with csh and Allegro scripts
Knowledge of Signal Integrity and EMC rules
PCB fabrication and assembly process expertise
Nice-to-have
Process improvement and productivity driving
Excellent English communication skills
Strong partnership and collaboration skills
Commitment to best practice teams and peer reviews
Key Requirements
BTech/MTech in EE/EC or related field
8+ years experience in advanced PCB design
Proven ability designing 30+ layer PCBs
Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Allegro
Deep understanding of PCB construction and Gerber generation
