Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for managing and executing APAC import and export activities, with a primary focus on Vietnam while providing essential support to other APAC countries’ operational issues and projects as needed.
  • The position ensures all shipments comply with regional customs legislation and Pfizer’s Global Trade Policy, including preparing and validating customs documentation and managing customs audits to mitigate risks.
  • The manager monitors customs broker performance, takes corrective actions to address compliance gaps, and collaborates with stakeholders to interpret and implement process changes ensuring smooth import/export operations.
