  • This role operates at the intersection of analytics, workforce governance and operational decision-making, designing, maintaining and continuously improving workforce models while ensuring data accuracy and auditability.
  • The manager partners with COO leaders, Risk and Audit to ensure workforce data integrity, pay accuracy, compliance with Enterprise Agreements and audit readiness.
