The Workforce Planning Manager role is accountable for workforce planning and analytics, alongside end-to-end ownership of schedule reconciliation and workforce data controls to protect pay accuracy, regulatory compliance and operational integrity across Retail Operations.
This role operates at the intersection of analytics, workforce governance and operational decision-making, designing, maintaining and continuously improving workforce models while ensuring data accuracy and auditability.
The manager partners with COO leaders, Risk and Audit to ensure workforce data integrity, pay accuracy, compliance with Enterprise Agreements and audit readiness.
