Job Summary
The Global Support & Operations Organization aims to build a global center of excellence for processes, tools, and best practices to achieve high levels of employee, fan, and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will support Ticketmaster clients with event management needs, including building and updating events, and supporting self-programming clients using Ticketmaster's product suite.
You will be part of an inclusive environment, encouraged to bring your whole self to work, and will receive continuous training on new products and features.
