Own the strategy, roadmap, and value realization for agent-driven solutions across Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, and Custody, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and control.
Partner closely with operations leaders, SMEs, risk, data, and engineering teams to validate acceptance criteria and business readiness, defining and tracking KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, cycle time, client outcomes, and risk reduction.
