Job Summary
This role will serve as Envista’s HRSD HR Admin and Run/Sustainment Owner, acting as the Design Authority for HR services during implementation and leading ongoing optimization post go-live.
The role owns HR service configuration and HRSD access posture within established guardrails, manages the HRSD enhancement backlog and release cadence, and uses analytics to drive operational stability and continuous improvement.
Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate Employee Experience service requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions – starting with Case + Knowledge launch and scaling into more complex HRSD offerings over time.
