Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Life Sciences or related discipline
  • Hands-on MSAT investigation experience
  • Knowledge of cGXP theory and practices
  • Experience with Design Control and Risk Management
  • Strong statistical analysis skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with cell-gene therapy products
  • Experience working with primary cells
  • Familiarity with regulatory filings (IND, IMPD)
  • Experience managing CDMO collaborations
  • Proven team training and leadership skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years industrial experience with PhD
  • Minimum 5+ years industry experience with Master's degree
  • Minimum 8+ years relevant industry experience with Bachelor's degree
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
