The Sales Lead works closely with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operational tasks.
The role includes responsibility for store opening/closing, leading the sales team to meet goals, cash handling, inventory management, and participating in leadership development programs.
