Job Summary

  • Monitor, maintain and improve software solutions that support Citi’s Custody and Clearing business, collaborating with development, infrastructure and operation teams to identify stability risks and proactively remediate.
  • Engage in crisis management efforts by resolving incidents reported across diverse range of applications within the Custody business, troubleshooting production outages, determining root cause and devising solutions for rapid services restoration.
  • Participate in product design reviews, develop and maintain Production Support runbooks, and analyze business requirements and existing system capabilities to ensure operational requirements are properly addressed.
