  • This role supports the Portfolio Management team in delivering day-to-day property management matters for a large, diverse geographical portfolio.
  • The successful candidate will undertake applications for consent and manage managed exits with limited supervision while liaising with third parties.
  • Key responsibilities include providing reasoned advice to clients, recording minutes during meetings, and supporting the Estates Helpdesk with lease interpretation.
