Job Summary

• The Steward Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all stewarding staff and ensuring the cleaning and storage of all wares in the Restaurant, including all major equipment.
• Responsibilities include inspecting kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and general order, and directing the efficient and effective cleaning of all areas.
• The role requires excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage people and resources to get projects completed in a fast-paced environment.
