This role performs advanced preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution systems and provides technical leadership to other technicians while ensuring all work is executed without risk to the critical load.

Medium and low voltage switchgear
UPS systems and battery maintenance
Infrared thermographic scanning
Electrical system troubleshooting
Critical power infrastructure maintenance
Use of CMMS for maintenance documentation
Electrical safety and arc flash practices

Technical mentorship and leadership
Experience in hyperscale data centers
Vendor oversight during maintenance

Key Requirements
5+ years electrical distribution experience
Thermography certification Level I or higher preferred
Manufacturer training on UPS or switchgear preferred
NFPA 70E, OSHA, or electrical safety certifications preferred
