Job Summary
This position is responsible for the comprehensive technical support of all technology within classrooms, labs, and shared spaces, including conference rooms and large lecture halls with enhanced audio and video capabilities.
The specialist will ensure the reliability, security, and functionality of these critical academic and event resources through expert installation, integration, configuration, and support of all hardware (AV and computer) and software components.
This role provides hands-on, expert-level support for a wide range of integrated technologies, serves as the application administrator for specialized classroom SaaS applications, enforces security policies, and manages the lifecycle of all systems within these spaces to create a seamless and effective learning and event environment for the university community.
