Job Summary

  • As a Customer Success Manager at Britive, you will be the strategic anchor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, owning the entire post-sale relationship.
  • You will coordinate daily with Customer Success Engineers, Product Management, Pre-Sales, Sales Architects/Engineers, and Account Managers, and keep senior leadership apprised of account health.
  • The role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud environments, and identity technologies.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or similar role
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity and cloud environments
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in a high-growth startup
