Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting residents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record entries on notes and incident reports

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Follow established policies concerning blood exposure
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training in specific care tasks performed
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
