Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs to maintain and increase census and inform the community about the facility’s services.
• The role involves maintaining confidentiality of resident information, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, and acting as a liaison with families, residents, community leaders, and the media.
• This position requires creating a positive and calm environment, supporting internal communication, participating in community and civic groups, and preparing the departmental operating budget.
