Job Summary
Drive and lead the implementation of Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) and executing supplier transfers across Solventum to achieve measurable net cost reductions.
Partner with suppliers to evaluate alternative materials, components, and manufacturing processes that offer cost savings without compromising product quality or performance.
Leverage strong project and change management skills to driving continuous improvements within the categories and introducing innovative strategies to support supplier excellence.
