The Director of Operations provides leadership for employees and delivers outstanding support, vision, and guidance for the Japan region.
This role is responsible for strengthening client relations, increasing client satisfaction, and managing budgets, purchasing, and hiring.
As a key member of the leadership team within the APAC region, you will work closely with centralised teams to coordinate installations, upgrades, and training.

Extensive account management experience
