Job Summary
Being responsible for all operational activities, supervising control points and acting as first point of escalation within the team to ensure trade debtor balances are tightly controlled and compliant to the Downstream Credit Policy.
This includes managing expectations of our partners, senior management and business associates in order to reach yearly goals and targets, whilst preparing team performance reports, leading projects, standardizations and other ad hoc operational queries.
