Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per the physician treatment plan.
Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board, and record treatment changes per policy and procedures.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
