Job Summary

  • Facilitate meeting and exceeding all Operations and Strategic Business Unit goals for the region, including quality, cost, schedule, and cash flow.
  • Drive Operational Excellence Avionics Operations for Region 1, supporting all Operations and region facing needs/requests.
  • Develop and guide the implementation of strategies to continuously improve and enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and overall performance of the sites within the region.
