Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years managerial experience in engineering
GMP/non-GMP compliance engineering expertise
Fluent German speaker required
Experience with capital project portfolios
Knowledge of FDA EMA ISO regulatory standards
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Lean continuous improvement principles
Experience with Trackwise SAP FMS Ariba systems
Background in plasma fractionation or cell therapy
Strong vendor management for site utilities
Proven track record of successful inspection audits
Key Requirements
BS/BA in Engineering or Science required; MS/MBA preferred
Must be a fluent German speaker
10+ years of managerial experience in facilities and engineering
Demonstrated expertise in GMP compliance and asset data management
