Job Summary
Manage cooperation with the external payroll provider, ensuring the payroll process is efficient, compliant, accurate, and delivered on time in line with internal standards and legal requirements.
Collaborate with the Finance and Controlling departments on personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead or participate in process improvement and change management initiatives within People Core Services, ensuring continuous efficiency and compliance.

Key Requirements
