Job Summary
The Accountability Regime Team (ART) plays a critical role in supporting CBA and its Accountable Persons to comply with the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR).
Reporting into the Head of FAR, you will contribute by effectively administering and maintaining CBA’s FAR framework.
Contribute to an engaged and inclusive culture within ART and the SpeakUP team, and Legal and Group Secretariat more broadly.

Key Requirements
7+ years experience in law, governance, regulatory change, compliance or risk management
Tertiary qualifications in law, business or relevant field
Knowledge of and practical experience with FAR or similar regime
Ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders
Experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks
Demonstrated risk and compliance management ability
