Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for performing quality control check for both core & high end watches & fine jewelry products to ensure our products are compliant as in best condition without defects and to take care of product & customer repair claims as well.
  • Key Responsibilities include Quality Control for Core & High End Watch & Jewelry, Arbitrating quality issues, Boutique support/training, and preparing Quality reports & analysis.
  • After Sales Service involves coordinating repairs, boutique support/training, and spare part management & inventory control.
